Sticktime - The Band Biography

Sticktime was formed in 2002, by four dedicated and talented musicians with a common goal, to create a classic rock cover band that was truly memorable. Their motto would be "Sticktime plays the classic rock songs you know the way you remember them." Playing tunes from the Doors to Three Doors Down they play all the songs the crowd loves. The band is a group of skilled, professional, and high-energy musicians. All this comes together to provide a crowd-pleasing show that is truly memorable!

The band showcases the talents of four veteran classic rock performers, each with over twenty years of individual musical experience. Drummer Chris  Holland, formally of the DC area progressive band "The Shrunken Headbangers" brings the heartbeat to their music. Bassist Rus Gallagher, who was born into music as the son of a South Philly sound engineer, provides the soul. Guitarist Bob Calo, rips out the leads, and riffs that give their work beauty. Then the Multi-talented Bart Gibbon formally of the PA classic rock group "Rag Tag" uses his arsenal of keys, guitar, & harmonica, to bring all their work to life. The four members all sing leads and harmonies as needed to give the songs with that familiar feel. Together this provides a depth to their music that is second to none!
